Extra-X MK4 Value Checks

Use the following measurements to verify good components within your Extra-X Mark 4 before installing a new circuit board. Bad components will cause damage to your new circuit board. If you find a bad component, replace it before installing your new circuit board.

Input Power - 115 volts AC / 60 Hz / 15 amps / 1150 watts

Dryer Temperature - 145 to 155 degrees F

Dryer Element - Yellow Wire to Neutral Wire - 16 ohms
                              Brown Wire to Blue Wire - 32 ohms

Dryer Fan - 24.5 ohms

Drive Motor - Red Wire to Black Wire - 2.4 Kohms
                         Red Wire to Neutral Wire - 1.2 Kohms

Chemistry Heater Element - 100 ohms

Developer Temperature - 77 to 78 degrees F

Fixer Temperature - 82 to 83 degrees F

Chemistry Temperature Sensors - at 77 degrees F - 2.3 Kohms
                                                                 at 78 degrees F - 2.2 Kohms
                                                                 at 82 degrees F - 1.8 Kohms
                                                                 at 83 degrees F - 1.7 Kohms

Water Solenoid Coil - 1.29 Kohms

Chemistry Circulation Pump Motors - 370 ohms

Replenisher Pump Motor - 20 ohms

Dryer Thermistors - Red Wire, (P20) to Red Wire, (P21) - 60 to 80 ohms
                                      Brown Wire, (P14) to White Wire, (P15) - 65 to 85 ohms

Liquid Level Sensors - Screw head with the orange wire to the orange wire in the molex plug - 0 ohms
                                           Screw head with the blue wire to the blue wire in the molex plug - 0 ohms
                                           Screw head with the yellow wire to the yellow wire in the molex plug - 0 ohms
                                           Screw head with the green wire to the green wire in the molex plug - 0 ohms

NOTE: If the Control PCB receives a reading from the Temperature Sensor out of the target range, the CHEMICAL TEMPERATURE LOW LED will flash.

La cabeza del tornillo con el cable azul se conecta a él con el cable azul en el conector molex - 0 Ohms

La cabeza del tornillo con el cable amarillo conectado al cable amarillo del conector molex - 0 Ohms

La cabeza del tornillo con el cable verde conectado a él para el cable verde en el conector molex - 0 Ohms

NOTA: Si la placa de control recibe una lectura del sensor de temperatura fuera del rango meta, la baja temperatura QUÍMICA parpadeará.
