Aquacut - Testing a Foot Pedal
  1. If your foot pedal is not connected to your Aquacut at this time, connect the clear line from your foot pedal to your machine only. Do not connect the green, yellow or black lines at this time. If your foot pedal is already connected to your machine leave the clear line connected and remove the green, yellow and black lines.
  2. Ensure you have a good air supply line to your machine. Turn the air supply on.
  3. Turn your Aquacut on by rotating the POWER control to position one. At this point you should not hear any air escaping from the Aquacut or the foot pedal's green, yellow or black tubing. Do not depress the foot pedal at this time.
  4. Grab and hold with one hand, the 3 remaining lines coming from the foot pedal, the green, yellow and black tubing.
  5. Press your foot pedal to position 1.
  6. Hold your free hand near the openings of the green, yellow and black tubing. Ensure air is only coming from the green tubing.
  7. Press your foot pedal to position 2.
  8. Hold your free hand near the openings of the green, yellow and black tubing. Ensure air is only coming from the green and yellow tubing.
  9. Press your foot pedal to position 3.
  10. Hold your free hand near the openings of the green, yellow and black tubing. Ensure air is only coming from the yellow and black tubing.
  11. If all the above conditions are met then your foot pedal is operating correctly.
  12. If you're not getting air from the proper tubing during any of the above mentioned steps, then your foot pedal may need to be replaced.
